I
downloaded the CallSense for Windows software, now what do I do?
-
To begin the CallSense
installation process, double-click the file you downloaded and saved
to your personal computer.
-
After you have installed
CallSense, there will be a CallSense icon on your Windows desktop
and within your Windows Start - Programs menu.
When I start the CallSense installer,
it asks for a password, what password should I enter?
A: The password you should enter is your
CallSense serial number. Your CallSense serial number and the
installer's password are identical. If you downloaded the CallSense
installation file, your serial number / password are within the download
instructions file. If you purchased a CallSense CD-ROM, your serial
number / password are included within the CD-ROM packaging. If for
any reason you cannot find your serial number, please let us know, and we
will e-mail it to you.
